Our process
The first step in our process is the initial meeting. We evaluate your case and discuss the most appropriate next step with you. Not every case requires a lawyer, so if you can do it yourself, we will be sure to tell you.
If you do need a lawyer, then we will tell you why. Common reasons for working with a lawyer include large size of the estate, complexity of the process, or willingness to take the burden off your plate.
